1. Booking Requests vs. Confirmed Reservations

Submitting a trip request on Seniors Trip (whether as an individual student or on behalf of a class group) constitutes an expression of interest and does not guarantee airline seats or hotel availability until an official quote is accepted and the required deposit is paid and verified by our administrative team.

2. Group Delegation & Class Rep Responsibilities

A student initiating a group request acts as the “Class Representative” (Rep). The Rep is authorized to share the group join link with verified classmates. Group quotes require a minimum traveler threshold specified per trip. If the group size changes before final quote acceptance, pricing will adjust automatically according to the trip's tiered group pricing structure.

3. Pricing, Quotes & Instapay Payments

All trip prices and quotes are issued in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payments are processed primarily via Instapay. When transferring via Instapay, travelers must include their unique booking reference code (e.g. ST-2026-XXXXX) in the transfer memo and upload a clear screenshot of the completed transaction. Payments are subject to manual administrative ledger review before status moves to Confirmed.

4. Under-18 Travelers & Parental Consent

Because Seniors Trip serves high-school graduating seniors, any traveler who is under the legal age of 18 at the time of travel must provide verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. Guardians are invited to access the Parent Portal to review itineraries, monitor payment history, and sign electronic travel consent waivers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to strict group ticketing terms with international airlines and advance hotel commitments, cancellations are subject to the following milestone schedule:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee (10%).
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip cost.
• Fewer than 30 days before departure: Non-refundable due to ticket issuance.

6. Traveler Code of Conduct & Safety

Every student traveler agrees to abide by local laws of the destination country and follow the guidance of assigned Egyptian trip leaders. Any possession or use of illegal substances, reckless behavior, or violation of hotel curfews may result in immediate dismissal from the trip at the guardian's expense.
